As a first-year student in Francis Tuttle’s Animation program, you will be working to complete the Animation Generalist career major. As a first year student, your course work will be the same regardless of whether you’re in the 2D or the 3D classroom.
When you’re enrolling for your second year in the program, you will get to decide whether to continue on in 2D or 3D.
2D offers these career majors for your second year:
- 2D Animator/Concept Artist
(portfolio focus on either 2D Animation or Concept Art) - Motion Designer
3D offers these career majors for your second year:
- 3D Animator
- 3D Modeler
